Sustainability for the real Green Impact Excellence 2016/17 Final Report The Final Report is an opportunity for you to celebrate your hard work and achievements in Green Impact Excellence. We hope that a lot of your projects will continue after the submission deadline, but you should aim to summarize your work so far. Wherever possible please include statistics or quotes to support your statements. Please submit your Final Report (consisting of no more than six pages, including at least three photos) no later than 24 th March 2017. Please send your report to Karl Letten, Environmental & Sustainability Officer ([email protected] ) Name of Green Impact team: Strand chosen: 1.0 Summary Provide a short summary of your projects aims and achievements 2.0 Project Outcomes Please describe (with reference to your project plan) how your project has progressed. You could use the following subheadings to help you structure your response: 2.1 Key Performance Indicator Update 2.2 Aims and Objectives 2.3 Stakeholder Engagement 2.4 On-going work – Please describe tasks still to be completed and the timescales for doing so 3.0 Project Difficulties & Opportunities Describe any difficulties that you have faced, methods to overcome these and opportunities. Mention any revisions to timescales or plan that you’ve had to do as a result 4.0 Excellence Legacy Provide details of how you will ensure your Excellence Project continues next year
