Citizens and Parliament• transpartisan: one representative from each big

political party, and from both parliaments

• honest: we are engaged with nobody so we provide transparency and traceability

• structured: a multi step process

• do better: no wish to revolutionize democracy, but instead to help parliamentarians who want to do better with the involvement of the citizens

The « After effect »

• Still nothing from the official parliament, but we still hope… and we will pursue this experimentation on our side with more people, no matter what.

• A lot of attraction for others types of organisations: CNNum, Minister of Education, Private corporations, candidates,…

At the EU level• Don’t try to build THE big thing: experiment, show

that it works and that there is nothing to be afraid of

• Create discussion both in the virtual and real world: organize events where people get together to discuss and then add data to the platform

• Try to educate: the platform need to be simple but not simplistic. Making the law is a difficult process that everybody needs to understand
