With the DMC 650 V, DMC 850 V, DMC 1150 V and DMC 1450 V, the successful vertical range from DECKEL MAHO was systematically developed for the 3-axis milling of the future, expanded upwards and significantly improved in terms of all technical parameters. The stable mineral cast machine bed forms the basis.

Compared to the previous machine, the rigid table not only provides a larger clamping area, but it also boasts a higher maximum load. Now the machine can accommodate workpieces weighing up to 4,409.2 lbs. (DMC 1450 V). The DMC V can also step up the speed and, at 1,653.5 ipm., can reach a 40 % higher speed.

From the inline spindle rated at 14,000 rpm. and 89.2 ft. / lbs. to motor spindles rated at up to 24,000 rpm. and the SK50 or HSK100 variants with 223.5 ft. / lbs. torque, the kit offers solutions for both precision and heavy-duty machining.

The tool magazine boasts short chip-to-chip times of up to 5.4 seconds and can hold up to 20 tools in its basic configuration. The unrivaled ergonomics of the new DMC V Series guarantee convenient loading and unloading of the workpieces.
