DM800 tuner modyfication rev j and rev k whats needed 1x capacitor 1000uF/16V 1x capacitor 22uf/25V 5% 1x FDN359AN transitor to be fitted at Q3 place on tuner ( if you have transittor 00A93 skip this 2x si2301 bds to be fitted at Q1,Q2 on tuner ( if finded Q3 00A93 skip this step) remove this capacitor remove C111 and fit 22uf/25V transistors Q1,Q2 Q3 replace if diffrent then 00A93, it says on top of it leave this resistor or fit 0,2Ohm 0.25W resistor 1000uF/16V 1000uF/10V Simple way if Q3 is 00A93 just remove C1 and add 1000uf/10V in this way You dont need to fit this capa this is only the option why in this way?? smd capa 1000uf usually has around 1000uf or = 1000uf this kind of capacitor usually has a little more capacitancy around 1100uf instead of smd one. . If you are using flux, clean it after the job is done!! .
