Rafranz Davis
Rafranz Davis has dedicated her career to
empowering students and teachers to share
their voices throughout their communities
and the world. She uses her platform across
the edtech ecosystem to advocate for STEM
and creative learning through making while
simultaneously challenging communities
through the lens of digital equity and diversity.
Rafranz is a public school administrator for
Lufkin ISD, a rural east Texas community,
where she serves as its Executive Director of
Professional and Digital Learning. She is the
2017 winner of ISTE’s Outstanding
Leadership Award.

Luke Pearson
Linda is a programmer, storyteller and illustrator
from Helsinki, Finland. Her book series Hello
Ruby introduces the whimsical world of
technology for kids and has been translated to
over 25 languages.
Linda is a central figure in the world of
programming and has worked on edutech
already before it was called that. Linda has
studied in business, design and engineering in
Aalto University and product engineering in
Stanford University.
Linda Liukas
Luke Pearson is a Gamilaroi man living on the
Central Coast NSW with his wife and three
children. Luke is the founder of IndigenousX, an
Indigenous owned and operated media platform
showcasing the diversity of Indigenous voices
from around the country. Luke has worked as a
primary school teacher, writer, editor,
consultant, researcher and public speaker.
Luke’s main interests lie in trying to disrupt the
status quo and challenging people to find new
ways of engaging with Indigenous people
and issues.
