Problem One: Repetition generating paperwork (eg. Entering in client information)
By putting in a web-based CRM, the CRM will track the sales process…
Four Step Sales Process
• Quote (unique number is created, quote goes to client and CRM)• Purchase Order (PO goes to vendor and CRM)• Sales Order (SO goes to DLT and CRM)• Invoice (Invoice created and sent to CRM)
At all four stages the CRM is updated. At the Fourth Stage the Printed Invoice goes to Accounting. (see Flow Chart)

Problem Two: Computers do not have access to critical operations and client data.
By putting in a web-based CRM, the sales staff will have web access to CRM. This will centralize the data and eliminate the need for desktop software.
CRM Internet Software runs on the Internet and provides everyone within the organization the means to access critical operations and client data. The CRM will “syncronize” with Microsoft Office.

Problem Three: Cannot view history of client interaction
The CRM will track transactions as they take place in real time. When anyone within the organization looks up an account, they will see the history of transpired transactions (as well as pending ones).
CRM will let you know who is following through on sales, the CRM will keep a rich history of contact with each client.
Problem Four: Do not have a website
CMS WebPortal is Internet Software that is uploaded by Atlantic Webfitters but intended to be used by you.
What Is CMS WebPortal?
CMS WebPortal is Internet Software that creates and deploys projects such as commercial websites, corporate intranets and extranets, and online publishing portals.
Within hours a person with no programming skill could be creating and managing pages of content, using pre-built 'modules‘. They could be creating membership roles, sending emails, and defining secure sections for registered site users. They could even be setting up banner advertising, customizing the site’s appearance, and submitting the site to search engines.
