• Upon request we do record checks in the counties we lease from or to verify an ownership

◦ Robert has managed crews of up to 20 people and has full scope of experience from records to leasing, curative and preparation of division of interest with experience in report preparation in excel, word or pdf formats.

PATRICK MULLER – Vice-President of Land◦ Patrick has been with DLS, Inc. since 1994 and has vast experience in all aspects of the industry, as well as client managerial capabilities. He

is an expert in lease negotiations, title curative and mineral acquisitions. Experienced in right of way and surface damages.

PAUL MULLER – Vice President of Production◦ Paul started with DLS, Inc. in 2001. He is an expert in lease negotiations, project management, mineral acquisitions and experienced in

planning and the implementation of strategies for prospects. Experienced in right of way and surface damages.

ASHLEY OWEN – Office Manager◦ Ashely has worked for DLS, Inc. since 2011. Experienced in lease preparation and curative. She has organizational skills, managerial

experience including client representation and administration.

DAVID WHITMARSH – Landman◦ David is our Indian lease specialist. He has working relationships with all the agencies and has all the skills necessary to locate and lease

restricted Indians. He has been with DLS, Inc. for four years and has managed landman crews.

ELLI FULLER – Landman◦ Elli has worked for DLS, Inc. 2006 -2007 and returned April of 2014. She has a background in bookkeeping , she is experienced in locating

people and with lease negotiations and examining public records and mineral ownership reports.
