My name is gLou Coleman-Stevens, CEO of DLC Distributors, LLC (DDL). DDL is a multi-industry distributor of various products, supplies, equipment and services. Promotional products and services are also sold to companies and consumers throughout the region. Every business owner understands the importance of advertising and marketing to increase their client base. Larger companies implement various methods of “staying in front” of consumers. They also have the budget to provide coupons or discounts, point programs, etc… to their loyal customers. CONSULTANT PROPOSAL AGREEMENT
This agreement is being made between gLou Coleman-Stevens and the Company/Organization
known as ________________________________________________________ on
________________________________________, for the consulting services as described
below:
Consultant will use Promotional Certificates to create a Promotional Incentive Program as an:
____ Employee Incentive Tool ____ Loyal Customer Program _____ Referral for the Company/
Organization known as: _________________________________________ located at

Company/Organization understands, accepts and agrees to implement this Promotional Incentive
Program by “giving away a FREE Certificate” to an employee or loyal customer or as a
“promotional tool” for referring or attracting new customers. Company/Organization
understands that they are not licensed to sell these items but to give them away as a “Thank
You” Gift”, Reward, Token of Appreciation or Incentive Promotional Tool”.
Consultant responsibilities will be to register and acquire licensing for the above named
Company/Organization for the sum of $100.00 per year. Said service will include arranging the
custom imprinting of the Company/Organization name and information on each of the Four (4)
Certificates provided. (Resort Getaway, 3 day/2 night Vacation, $1,000 Grocery Program,
$1,000 Restaurant Program)
Consultant has been paid a retainer or deposit of $0, with $100.00 due upon signing this
agreement.
Optional Service:
_____ Company/Organization has the option of contracting with the Consultant to supply (100) colored
custom imprinted Certificates, of the Organizations choosing, once a month, for the monthly fee of $85
per month. Copying and mailing colored imprinted Certificates to the Company/ Organization for
distribution is included in the monthly fee.
