Note : The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for admission to theexamination. Their admission at all the stages of examination for which they are admitted by this Court, viz. PreliminaryExamination, Main Examination (Written) and the Viva-voce shall be purely provisional, subject to their satisfying the prescribedeligibility conditions. If on verification at any time before or after the Preliminary Examination, Main Examination (Written) and theViva-voce, it is found that the candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature for the examination shallstand cancelled without any notice or further reference.

("Administrator" is defined in Rule 2(a) of the Delhi Judicial Service Rules, 1970 which means the LieutenantGovernor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi appointed by the President under Article 239 and designated as such underArticle 239 AA of the Constitution.)

Thereafter the Application Form, Acknowledgement Card and the smaller envelope containing the DJSERegistration Form must be put in the accompanying large envelope addressed to the Joint Registrar (Vig.), High Court of Delhi,Sher Shah Road, New Delhi - 110 503.Incomplete application forms or application fomrs wrongly filled in or those not on the prescribed Application Form or notaccompanied by the DJSE Registration Form are liable to be summarily rejected.

7- ¼i½ og mEehnokj ftlus viuk vkosnu i= LihM iksLV@iathdr Mkd }kjk izsf"kr fd;k gS] vius vkosnu&i= dh izkfIr ds lEcU/k esa fnYyh mPpU;k;ky; dh osclkbV ¼McY;w McY;w McY;w-fnYyh gkbZ dksVZ-fud-bu½ dks ns[k ldrk@ldrh gSAA candidate who has sent his/her application form through speed post / registered post may see the website of Delhi HighCourt (www.delhihighcourt.nic.in) regarding receipt of his/her application form.

7. (ii) O;fDrxr :i ls Qkbfyax dkmaVj] fnYyh mPp U;k;ky; ij vkosnu&i= izLrqr djus okys mEehnokjksa dks ikorh jlhn la[;k lfgr rqjUrtkjh dh tk,xhAAcknowledgement with receipt no. shall be issued instantly to the candidate submitting application form personally atFilling Counter, Delhi High Court.

7. (iii) ftu mEehnokjksa dks rkRdkfyd :i ls ijh{kk esa cSBus dh vuqefr fey pqdh gS mudh lwph fnYyh mPp U;k;ky; dh osc lkbV ij miyC/k gksxhAList of candidates who have been admitted provisionally to appear in the examination would be available on the website ofDelhi High Court.

Delhi Judicial Service Preliminary Examination (Objective Type with 25% negative marking) for selection for the MainExamination, and

(ii) fnYyh U;kf;d lsok eq[; ijh{kk ¼fyf[kr½] ekSf[kd ijh{kk esa cqyk;s tkus gsrq vH;fFkZ;ksa ds p;u gsrqADelhi Judicial Service Main Examination (Written) for selection of candidates for calling for Viva-voce.

DJSE Registration Form

The DJSE Registration Form in the envelope isalready folded in a particular manner. Please ensurethat after filling this form, it is folded exactly in thesame manner and kept in the same envelope. Donot staple the Registration Form with otherenclosures.

You should start filling the DJSE Registration Form,only after reading and understanding the instructionscompletely. Use only HB Pencil for filling the formand shading the ovals. Use soft rubber / eraser ifyou want to erase shading over an oval. Avoid multipleshading of ovals in a column as the scanningmachine ignores multiple shading.

It is your personal responsibility to ensurecorrectness in filling up this form. Please rememberthat incorrect filling up of form will result in wronginformation getting stored in the computer. This willend up in the loss of your identity.

Marking the Answer Sheet

Answer sheets are scanned by machine and scores computed. Accuracy in scoring is dependenton the examinees marking their answer sheets properly and the completeness of their erasureswhen used. Therefore, accurate scoring is dependent on your strict adherence to the followingprocedures :-
