DJSE Registration Form duly filled in must be put in separately in the accompanying smaller envelope providedfor the purpose. Thereafter the Application Form, Acknowledgement Card and the smaller envelope containing the DJSERegistration Form must be put in the accompanying large envelope addressed to the Joint Registrar (Vig.), High Court of Delhi,Sher Shah Road, New Delhi - 110 503.Incomplete application forms or application fomrs wrongly filled in or those not on the prescribed Application Form or notaccompanied by the DJSE Registration Form are liable to be summarily rejected.

7- ¼i½ og mEehnokj ftlus viuk vkosnu i= LihM iksLV@iathdr Mkd }kjk izsf"kr fd;k gS] vius vkosnu&i= dh izkfIr ds lEcU/k esa fnYyh mPpU;k;ky; dh osclkbV ¼McY;w McY;w McY;w-fnYyh gkbZ dksVZ-fud-bu½ dks ns[k ldrk@ldrh gSAA candidate who has sent his/her application form through speed post / registered post may see the website of Delhi HighCourt (www.delhihighcourt.nic.in) regarding receipt of his/her application form.

It shall, however, be the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that the applicationreaches Delhi High Court in time.

The DJSE Registration Form in the envelope isalready folded in a particular manner. Please ensurethat after filling this form, it is folded exactly in thesame manner and kept in the same envelope. Donot staple the Registration Form with otherenclosures.

You should start filling the DJSE Registration Form,only after reading and understanding the instructionscompletely. Use only HB Pencil for filling the formand shading the ovals. Use soft rubber / eraser ifyou want to erase shading over an oval. Avoid multipleshading of ovals in a column as the scanningmachine ignores multiple shading.

This is the same number as provided on the right topcorner of the Registration Form.

18. ADDRESS

At the back of the form, there are 80 boxes providedfor address. Fill these boxes with your presentaddress. After filling these boxes, find the appropriatealphabets in the column below the box pertaining toeach alphabet and shade appropriate oval containingthe alphabet. Do not repeat your name while fillingup the address.

19. PIN CODE

Under this item, 6 boxes are provided to fill youraddress PIN Code.

20. DECLARATION BY CANDIDATE

In the box provided for the candidate's signature, putyour signature using Ball Point pen after reading thedeclaration. Also write the station & date on whichyou have signed the form.

Marking the Answer Sheet

Answer sheets are scanned by machine and scores computed. Accuracy in scoring is dependenton the examinees marking their answer sheets properly and the completeness of their erasureswhen used. Therefore, accurate scoring is dependent on your strict adherence to the followingprocedures :-

Answer sheet has three parts; Part-A, Part-B and Part-C , Part A is to be filled in ink. Part-B and Part-Cshould be filled with Pencil only. The method of filling the answer sheet is given as under (refer tosample attached.)

PART-A (To be filled in ink)

1. Name Restrict your name to the boxes given in the form.

2. Date of Birth Enter as applicable (for example - 10th April 1989)

3. Address Enter your complete address

4. Test Date Enter Test Date (for example 1st, June 2014)

5. Candidates Signature This is to be signed in front of the Invigilator

PART-B (To be shaded with HB pencil only)

6. Name of the Candidate Restrict your name to the boxes given in the form.

7. Booklet Series To be filled as applicable (Given on Question Paper)

8. Centre Code Enter your centre code as applicable (Ex. 120)

9. Registration Number Enter 6 digit DJSE Registration Number.

10. Examination Roll No. Fill the Roll Number as given in your admit card.Example : 120005601 (to be filled from left to right).

PART-C (Reverse Side) - To be shaded only in HB Pencil

Ensure that you have filled and signed side 1 and thereafter fill the answers exactly as per thequestions given or else your answers are likely to be evaluated wrong.

The method of shading the circles has been indicated in "Important Instructions" on Side 1 of theanswer sheet and it must be strictly followed.
