STEP 2How many doors are required? To calculate the size and number of doors required, use the following guidelines.

Door Width (with Pulling Profiles):

2 Equal Doors = Interior Width ÷ 2

3 Equal Doors = Interior Width ÷ 3

Door Height = Interior Height - 41mm

Top Guide Profile = Interior Width

Bottom Guide Profile = Interior Width

Example Internal width = 2000mmInternal height = 2200mm

Door Height: 2200 - 41 = 2159 Door Width: 2000 ÷ 2 = 1000

Preparing for Installation

STEP 1Measure the internal height and width of the cupboard. Maximum internal width is 4200mm and maximum height is 3000mm.

STEP 3What must be purchased?Using the example above, 2 doors are required.

Therefore the following must be purchased:

• 2 Door Component Set (Code 3137)• Top Guide Profile 2m (Code 4203)• Bottom Guide Profile 2m (Code 4205)• 4 x Pulling Profile 2.5m (Code 3136) Note: You will need Pulling Profiles on both sides of the door.

STEP 1Cut the ProfilesStart by cutting the Top, Bottom and Pulling Profiles to the required lengths, calculated in Step 2.

STEP 2Assemble the ProfilesScrew the Top Profile into the carcass.Use Double Sided Hi Tac tape or screws to fix the Bottom Profile into the carcass. The Bottom Profile must be recessed from the edge by 25mm.Secure the Pulling Profiles to the doors, using 8x16 Scews, from the back of the Profile.

STEP 3Mount the ActivatorsMeasure 45mm from the edge of the door to hole centre and fix the Activators in place.

STEP 4Attach the Top RollersMeasure 80mm from the edge of the door to the first hole. Attach the Top Roller and the 3mm spacer provided to the door

STEP 5Attach the Bottom RollersMeasure 25mm from the edge of the door to the first hole. Attach the Bottom Rollers to the door.

STEP 6Mount the Soft Close Measure 40mm from inside edge of cupboard to the first screw hole and mount the Soft Close inside the Top Profile.

STEP 7Position Doors Place the Doors into position by clipping the top of the door into the Top Profile, then the bottom of the door into the Bottom Profile.

STEP 8Adjust Bottom Rollers For smooth operation, adjust the Bottom Rollers. The maximum adjustment is 9mm. Be sure to tighten the lock nut once the adjustment is complete.
