1.0 DEFINITIONS

ENGINEERING

Engineering, Design and Coordination work including preparation of purchase specifications,

evaluation of bids and review and approval of vendor drawings.

MATERIAL & SERVICES SUPPLY

The supply of an item, system or service and accountability for all associated costs. This includes

responsibilities such as manufacture and associated studies, soliciting bids and procurement

where applicable, scheduling, ordering, quality control, and inspecting

SITEWORK & ERECTION

Responsible for the unloading at site, proper erection installation, cleaning, testing and other work

and services.

COMMISSIONING, START-UP, NORMAL OPERATION PERIOD AND PERFORMANCE TESTS

The provision of technical advisors (TA's) for erection commissioning, start-up, normal operation

period and performance testing of equipment supplied and the overall management, direction

and execution of the facilities commissioning, start-up, normal operation period and performance

testing activities
