ADHD Gift

In a world where distractions were long thought the enemy, on man befriends that foe and finds freedom and a shiny object in her rock since then he has embraced the distraction and searches to help others in the epic battle against the norm. And now distracted with Mark Patey.

Mark: Welcome once again to the distracted podcast, Im Mark Patey and im really excited to be here again with Jeremiah Johnson, welcome jeremiah.Jeremiah: hey you’ll, Mark: alright we have great topics today but first if this is the first pod cast you’ve listen to with us distractedJeremiah: shame on youMark: yes go back and listen to first podcast it was goodJeremiah: it was it was it was not mediocre

Mark: no and I was slightly above mediocre but the feedback has been awesome, the feedback has been wonderful and we appreciate all the emails and facebook messages and we’re glad it had an impact on you so go back and listen to and Miah one thing we had to talk about real quick about all our pod cast is were not gonna do much with current events the point of the pod casts is to bring people valuable information that’s available and relevant at any time as opposed to news and events where if you have missed yesterday’s show or last week show you’re not gonna go back and listen to it cause it out of date this is more of a, this is relevant a year from now so just listen to them from time to time. If it’s having the impact on you the first time you listen it will certainly have the impact on you again.

Jeremiah: And and it’s, well we’ve turned events into only as we’re trying to talk about principles that are universally applicable and just using the current events as an example or teachful moment or coming to a point of understanding on the gift of ADHD/ ADD so not to exclude all current events but to use them proper context so.

Mark: RightJeremiah: So we are timeless, Mark: Timeless and priceless aren’t you so preciousJeremiah: And endless

Mark: And endless, okay so for today we have some exciting topics ahm we’ll give you a brief overview of the show and then we’ll get you right into it the first the topic of the show today is two childrens and people with ADHD have sharper minds and is there any studies and facts to back that up plus we’ll have our hero tribute today and were excited about the person we’ve picked for the hero tribute because she is awesome.Jeremiah: So were gonna have a tribute to a heroine I mean a heroine tribute to a hero tribute

Adhd have sharper minds

Jeremiah: Mark but you always said that look look good on me and I thought you just wanted to, I’ve dontMark: Didn’t need to be public, Didn’t need to be publicJeremiah: But I do appreciate the right home for the mountains coz it was cold you’re you are right on those facts it’s pretty darn cold out thereMark: So miah We wanna thank you for giving us a reason to get up on our search and rescue mission, okay it was it miah but it was interesting to see and we see this all to often I was just gratefulJeremiah: We don’t see, no mark the truth is we don’t see this all too often Mark: No we see the use of drugs all to often particularly those with adhd and it’s sad ahm but we were able to bring him up the mountain he had a whole bunch of cuts and bruises on every inch of his body he had quite a night running around the mountain doing who knows what ahh but he was hypothermic and we were able to bring him back

Search and Rescue mission

Jeremiah: He probably would have died if he would stay, I mean honestlyMark: Absolutely would have died, absolutely would have died this guy had no chance he was naked it was cold it was raining his in the rocky mountain in this time of the year he wouldn’t live. Okay there was the fun distraction you never know whats gonna happen with search and rescue we have a lot of search and rescue story im sure in this show because of the time and energy we put in volunteering up there for the utah county. So we’ll have our distracted segment separate from that which is about a close friend of mine in the search and rescue team that just passsed away in a plane crash and ahh so we’re gonna talk about him for a sec., and there is some lessons to be learned there and surprisingly it relates to texting while driving that’s not how he died he wasn’t texting in an airplane ohh we’ll get to that and then ahhh to finish up the show at the end of the show of course we will have uneducated Jeremiah: uneducated, love it

The fun distraction

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 7: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark: Because we just need to make sure all of our listeners get uneducated from the silly ridiculous things they were once taught to be true that aren’t completely acurate and thus saving the world from the educators who educate incorrectly, we will uneducate you, free of charge by the way, so..Jeremiah: For you maybe but if you just wanna send me a check or money or then ahm.. you couldMark: yeah, send it to Miah Johnsons not real account at not real money dot comJeremiah: Send it to my lost nigerian cousin he’s tryin to find a place to put his uncle’s money, ahhhhm because ahhm the corrupt government..Mark: You have, you have one of those two I gotta lost nigerian cousin im helping out right now..Jeremiah: He’s a Christian Minister to ahh queensland only Mark; ohh so was mine, okay so the topic today wandering minds I gotta great study I love love love..Jeremiah: but it’s a quack study.

Wandering minds

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 8: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark; nope, nope it’s not a quack study and in fact well I, I guess it could be except it was from the University of Wisconsin Madison in the United States who is referenced into it and there’s also other experts Dr. Jonathan Smallwood of the Max Planck institute of human incognitive and brain science in germany.Jeremiah: Sort of quacks and the it was probably published in some from and some blogMark: It may have been infact a major newspaper like the telegraphJeremiah: oh so the major british newspaperMark: The major british news which of course the major british newspaper and these experts universities are all quacks but only quacks because they agree with those that adhd has some benefitsJeremiah: they would be called brilliant if the study actually show that adhd was a complete detremental plague on societyMark: was a curse and brain damage that needs to be cured with expensive medicationsJeremiah: news is quack they have to say

Adhd study

Page 9: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark: Yeah If I’m gonna read it better have pictures okay so I will read a study has found that people who have appear to be constantly distracted have more working memory giving them the ability to hold a lot of information in their heads and manipulate it mentally, I gonna read that again co’z I just love it studies has found that people whose minds appeared to be consistently distracted hey that sounds like our show distracted have more working memory giving them the ability to hold a lot of information in their heads and manipulate it mentally they go on, during the study volunteers were ask to perform one of two simple task turn which researches check and ask if participants minds were wandering at the end participants measured their working memory capacity by their ability to remember a series of letters interspersed with simple math questions an elite Daniel Levinson, a psychologist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States, said that those with higher working memory capacity reported “more mind wandering during these simple tasks”, sounds like me in all of school absolutely complicated process which I seem to excel in

Working memory capacity

Page 10: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Jeremiah: The last time I was jaggling chainsaws my mind was just wandering all over the place and it’s like I really relate to simple task.Mark: I was focused on the blood miah I was focused on the blood and wondering if their ever get those fingers re attached Jeremiah: wandering minds and sharper chainsaws oh sharp brain that sort of Mark: Sharp brains, The results, published online in the journal Psychological Science, appear to confirm previous research that found working memory allows humans to jaggle multiple thoughts simultaneously.Dr Jonathan Smallwood, of the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Science in Leipzig, Germany, said: “What this study seems to suggest is that, when circumstances for the task aren’t very difficult, people who have additional working memory resources deploy them to think about things other than what they’re doing.” I gotta read that okay so I have to stop there for a second  Jeremiah: Were both like applying this to our lives right?

Jaggle multiple thoughts

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 11: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark: What their saying is when there is not a lot for the mind to do its gonna entertain itself you’re gonna get distracted because youre not given enough that it’s a mundane task that’s constant common theme in youth with adhd in school is that there distracted and for me ah I was bored to death and boredom lead to self entertainment and getting in trouble in the principals officeJeremiah: right, Mark: But what’s sad is that so many kids are the higher the intelligence the easier it is to be bored a cow in the field is content to be there, but the monkey will never be happy in the cage, right? I mean this is me making up stuff.Jeremiah: Did you really just make that up, the visual is really good I’m picturing a monkey riding a cow and somehow there’s shark tank in balls

Adhd in school

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 12: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark: I just made that up, So the higher the intelligence the easier we are we get bored we get bored especially the adhd’ers where your mind wants to do more than one thing at a time we will do more than one thing and so here’s my thought on this particular study those whose mind’s wander are capable of holding more things in their mind manipulating mentally according to the study they have sharper brains according to the study and are going to entertain themselves when they get bored if they don’t have other things for their mind to do what they suggest to me is that the schools have got it backwards society, I only want pick at schools when someone gets distracted in class we say oh wow their adhd they have a deficit a disorder and as a matter of fact we probably need to medicate them we need to put them in a especial ed, because their broken their lessen their inferior their not that smart, when the reality is the symptoms according to this study may indicate a higher intelligence not a lack of intelligence.

Adhd mind easily gets bored

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 13: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Jeremiah: And to add to that let’s take a look at outside the school environment or learning environment or just kinda day to day environment and wives I’m gonna address you specifically and maybe paint with a broad brush but try I like building hot rods I don’t like finishing them co’z I never finish them I just like really.Mark: So here’s the thing they never really done it’s like my airplane’s I got my race plane and it gets done and I go out set a record or go have a good race and then I instantly thinking I’m gonna tear it back down apart because I got an idea how I can make it faster.Jeremiah: So this mundane task and the study these simple tasks perform, you know when I’m out at the garage working my car and its eleven thirty at night and it seems like a simple task but I’m thinking about the problems I have at work to solve while I’m working on that car, I’m not really focused the task at hand and it turns out that the more I do those things and seem to be especially I find myself into real high stress situations where there’s complicate things to figure out I will naturally tend to do menial task like move along half way or do something part way or build something.

Simple tasks does’nt get done

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 14: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark: Because it allows your creative concious in the background to work on another problemJeremiah: That’s right, and I don’t get enlightened a whole moment all the time but eventually the lights start getting brighter inside a certain resolutions to those complex from. To wives out there if your husband seem distracted or your children or you seem distracted possibly theres something else more complex or deep that’s going on in the sub concious in trying to figure out like when mark told his wife hes gonna go out or mow the lawn. Mark: Yeah she ask me to mow the lawn and I go out to mow the lawn I end up in the garage and I noticed that theres some things need to be pick up so I start picking those up and I start organizing and as long as I’m organizing I may as well as clean up the garage and then I clean the garage by 3 o’clock in the morning I repainted the garage floor I’ve hung all the new all cabinets around the garage I labeled everything I stock everything up on those shelves and cabinets and my wife can finally park the cars in the garage again but the lawns not mow.

Creative concious

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 15: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Jeremiah: And you probably figured out 3 or 4 things in that process coz you’re your mind thinking and thinking and thinking.Mark: Right certainly during that time you know any business owner enteprenuer when thier doing those kind of busy work task our minds are problem solving, So yeah you stop in the middle of it you pick up your phone you call someone so reality is I was working working out work problems cleaning the garage unfortunately the lawn did nt get mowed luckily my wife is a great equal opposite and she celebrates the distracted productive distracted moments and accepts that maybe something of less value did’nt get done. Jeremiah: Right, I read that last sentence of the study I think it ties it all together.Mark: Yeah it says, Working memory capacity is also associated with greater measures of intelligence, it actually bring at full circle back to the distracted minds having more levels of intellegence. And oh you’ve gone all the way to the buttom

Distracted minds have more levels of intellegence

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 16: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Jeremiah: All the way to the buttom I’m sorry. Mark: Their brains are trying to allocate resources to the most pressing problems.  Jeremiah: Which is not the task at hand you might be working on whether its math whether its reading assignment whether its spelling homework or whether its mowing the lawn. Mark: Right, And heres the problem with kids in school with adhd there we really do need to do at least three things at once, I did’nt interview anybody for the book that was adhd and successful addict it wasn’t always doing at least three things or more. Jeremiah: Wait you mention the book

Doing many things at once

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 17: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark: Yes to addicts and millionares book thanks for helping me plug and addicts and millionares the gifts and curse of adhd and all those successful adhd’rs they all were multi tasking all the time but if a school cant allow within their curiculum and their structure the ability to multi task those adhd kids are gonna fall apart they will multi task anyway just instead of being doing the mundane school or listening and trying to hold still their minds doing two other things in the backgrounds that arent neccesarily productive so we gotta create that kind of environment and that’s one thing we work on us helping schools with tools for teachers that were developing help scholls create an environment that helps this distracted minds be productive instead of just distracted the distracteds never gonna go away is it a productive distracted or distructive. Jeremiah: Alright moving on to our next segment look how well we did, we did it like

Addicts and millionares book

Page 18: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark: We stop full stop and went on until you brought out how well we did, Damn were awesome alright this is tough a subject I wrote a little something because a friend of mine Jay Lessley and I love him to death he past away in a plane crash he was test piling in an aircraft something went wrong and lost control of the airplane he pulled tha parachute on the aircraft and the parachute departed the aircraft and didn’t bring him to the ground safely like it should have been its totally unsurvivable acciddent and as result you of course you think about life and whats important and actually thought about this show and that at least I’m well and alive and working on something I’m very passionate about trying to help those with adhd focus on the positive instead of just negative, And someone and secondarily what came out was of my facebook and personal friends and family texting all started saying are you sure wanna keep racing building experiment airplanes and racing planes and its dangerous and you lost you know and so I reached out on facebook and wrote this as a and I think it re applies it to everybody because we all you’ll get it in the end I wrote in responds to everybody these its called flying versus texting this is our distracted moments of the day, It's been a tough couple years for pilots in Utah. We've lost some loved and talented pilots in plane crashes.

Flying versus texting

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 19: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

I’ve personally lost my brother in law, my sisters husband Robert Lamb, and two days ago lost a close personal friend Jay Lessley, and a third from my local airport Jared Despain passed not long ago. As a result, the subtle and not-so-subtle comments come our direction as pilots. All questioning if I or we pilots really should continue flying. It's out of love and concern and I see it as such, and thank you, I feel loved. Out of love for you all may I return the favor and provide some perspective. If I am to consider not flying for recreation, might I suggest not driving for travel. Hold your thoughts. (Hear me out) Commercial aviation has always been far safer then driving. Simple fact; one is more likely to die on their way to the airport then on the flight itself. General aviation (private aircraft) is not as safe as commercial. The type of aircraft flown, the pilots sometimes lower experience levels etc all play into that statistic. However, for decades now, even general aviation is "nearly" as safe as driving and still significantly safer then riding on a motorcycle. But even this statistic is now changing. Since the texting communication age has come, Texting While Driving Causes an additional 1,600,000 accidents per year, 330,000 injuries per year and 11 teen deaths everyday, nearly 25% of ALL car accidents now are directly connected to texting.

Commercial aviation safer than driving

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 20: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Texting while driving is also about 6 times more likely to cause an accident than driving intoxicated the same as driving after 4 beers according to the National Hwy Transportation Safety Administration, with the recent With the recent changes in our apparent lack of safety on the road, it looks like even general aviation might end up on top as a safer form or travel then driving on our public roads and highways. Sorry to tell you folks, I'm now safer racing around the sky then any of us are driving next to that idiot with their phone in their lap.Since I have no intentions of ending my flying fun and I suspect you all have no intentions of giving up the car, lets all make a deal. Let's all put an end to texting at inappropriate times. It will save 11 lives a day! If you're that idiot with your head down on the highway... May the flees of a thousand camels infest your armpits, When it's our time to go, let's make sure it's not doing something stupid like texting, if you want to kill yourself that's one thing but texting almost always takes others with you. As for my aviation racing passion, I intend to continue and am reminded of a favorite quote. Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!” There is no way to remove all risk from life, nor should we; in fact, the only guarantee we get in life, is death. May we all be blessed with a great death. And if not that, please God, don't let me go at the thumbs of an idiot!

Texting while driving

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 21: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Jeremiah: Yeah, when I read that facebook post I do you remember what I texted you Mark: Yeah you openly and publicly admitted to be that idiot.Jeremiah: That’s scum I think you called me I think scumbag was the wordMark: Yeah and I’ve noticed that flees of the camel still infest in your armpit man.Jeremiah: I you know what though I do not text while I drive I used my voice to text in my car mode where I do my voice control.Mark: Now or before? Jeremiah: No now since reading that and the thing that struck me was really I mean oh my gosh I am that guy that you know I’m steering with my knee texting with one hand eating whatever eating a low fat.Mark: Is that an adhd moment the multi tasking in the negative way the devastatingly distracted at the wheel.Jeremiah: Right, right and that really hit me especially being here the day that he died and then following that with following the story.

Driving risk

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 22: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark: And here literally I mean where at the airport the tso which is our top secret office is behind lock gates on an airport and he crashed right here at the airport he died right here while were here.Jeremiah: And now that you know his name and that airport in Utah were not the top secret office anymore Mark: No its still top secret because its nothing on the building to let them know which of this hangers we are camped out.Jeremiah: But in all seriousness I don’t do that anymore I just made a decision thinking how stupid if I were to caused an acciddent kill someone get in an acciddent because while texting while driving I think of my wife I think of my children its just

Drive safely

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 23: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark: And it’s a subject that so beat to death with billboards posters and everybody talking about but the reality is everyday we all see somebody on the highway with their head down drifting out of the lane so obviously we still need to talk about it, I think that’s all we need to talk about on the show but the point of the distracted segment is this the reality is driving on the highway with people around you texting is more dangerous than what I do in an airplane on a race course pushing the engine at a hundred and fifty percent of its normally rated power and that’s just a simple fact add it to that fact if your that one actuallly texting you’re an absolute idiot. So with keeping with our rules of this podcast we reserved the right to offend anyone free speech is practice here, Jeremiah: And we tried to well offend someMark: That need to be offended in hopes that they learn, The other rules is we reserved the right to be wrong and we reserved to change our mind because were smart enough to know that were not that smart.Jeremiah: We actually do reserved the right to be wrong about our rules and to change them because we resrved the right to change our minds

Driving on the highway

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 24: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark: Yes and we may change our rules but for now those are the three alright miah you got a hero tributeJeremiah: That’s right today were celebrating a heroine Katherine ElisonMark: Shes a new ladyJeremiah: Yeah so for those who don’t Katherine Elson a quick google search can bring up a lot of information, So Kath Elison is a Pulitzer price winning investigative journalist shes been published in time magazine,Mark: Shes been published all over shes been writing for a long timeJeremiah: Fortune, The smithsonian shes done investigator work in exposies in foreign countries a sharp person also the author of the book buzz a year of paying attentionJeremiah: Basically the recap of the book is it’s a memoir of her family working with their adhd son and using other ways to try to work with the child outside of medication they include stimulants and instead of stimulants medications they tried neuro feedback meditation and even got a new pet dog for their son just to try different appoaches and the memoir or the book is the memoir of those experiences and the great realization and outcomes that they came to as a family along the way and so for that and its not just the fact that she wrote the book

Katherine Olson hero tribute

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 25: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark: Wrote the book or have a kid with adhd anybody can write a book I mean look at this guy, writing a book doesn’t make you a genius although I like to think so somehow inside of a little bit is learned, but the point is this I think the hero tribute is because is she tried everything else before medication I mean even I mean what some people might consider not everybody some people might consider the mediatation or what was the other thing the neuro feedback you know all this things should be tried anything should be tried before you start putting yourself on drugs and we said in previous podcast we always say were not against drugs but painfully against and passionately against medication as the first effort and so for that Katherine Elison you are our hero because you try absolutely everything first. YeheyJeremiah: We love you even though we don’t know you personally Mark: She may never even hear this podcast but we still love her shes an awesome lady .Jeremiah: And you know will promote her bookMark: And you know miah with a feedback we gotn the first podcast we might not even call this a podcast for long it maybe become a program and we gonna call it a program instead of a podcast because looks like beyond podcast that may have other outlets which should be meet and will see how that turn out

A book about Adhd

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 26: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Jeremiah: In a world beyond podcast two men Mark: From the tso in spanish forks Utah top secret office, Okay to wrap up the show we have to uneducate you Jeremiah: Are we doing good? Mark: Were doing well today okay so the uneducated we have told we have taught that to find happiness its through a balance life, to be happy you must have a balance life Miah.Jeremiah: I find happiness in a large bowl full of chocalate ice cream a donuts, I actually thinking of a whats the multin lava chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream Mark: And how can you possibly find balance if you have multin lava chocolate cake ice cream and try to put brocolli in their with it I mean its horrible or watermelon you cant mix this stuff. Jeremiah: Point made you know finding balance in life trying to balance life to me especially from an adhd perspective it feels like a total path of chaos in constant constant course correction and with never heading the right heading.

The balanced life

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 27: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark: And heres the problem because you feel like you never really get balanced your depressed about it and you beat yourself up and its like wow I didn’t get my workout today or I didn’t get this done I didn’t get this thirty minute of this or an hour of that, And what I see when I see someone who has technically textbook definition life of a balance life is a very very boring sad person I mean they were up same time everyday into the gym same time back at the same time and then so many hours for kids and I’m like where is the fun in that and the reality is it is a myth trying to get a perfectly balance life I’m not I know here we are really treading on some waters to truly offend the people but we reserved the right free speech spoken here, balance lets try to make a little more true I made a note around here somewhere I’m looking for paper probaly slip on the floor under the microphone stand and its lost but really don’t need it, the point is really is this life is constantly out of balance and an effort to shift things around to find the balance in a world that never will be if you think other peoples lives are balanced and your measuring yourself against that persive balance that myth your gonna be mesirable except the fact that life changes everyday all the time particularly if you have adhd in your life and that’s awesome that’s okay there is nothing wrong with that it really shouldn’t be find the balance in life its just recognized that life is a balancing act that will never balanced.

Life is out of balance

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 28: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Jeremiah: You know my friend has a post on facebook which for those who don’t is a popular social networking sites on the internetMark: Oh you know if you don’t know what facebook is you can get yourself on the internets and go get some google I like to get you some google and look up stuff on the internet.Jeremiah: So on the wifi’s on facebook she put a post that’s about her six old son whose driving her at the wall, No Mark: It wasn’t the dinner she had? Jeremiah: No it wasn’t the picture of the dinner she had Mark: Shes sane, oh she’s normalJeremiah: Shes normal and it wasn’t that and essentially it wasMark: Send your hate mail about selfies and dinner to Jeremiah’s fake email Jeremiah: So she posted of how her son was driving up her in the wall what should I do, and there was of course 27 replies do this and that and I just replied hes 7 years old take a deep breath and take a step back this too shall pass theres no balance just

Caring for adhd child

ADHD Gift Distracted Minds - Sharper Brains

Page 29: Distracted Minds, Sharper Brains

Mark: And you know what if hes doing something that’s driving up the wall hes probaly enjoying it try joining in it could be fun, tearing something apart making a mess, Okay So theres the point a balanced life is a series of inbalance rebalance or at least attempted don’t get yourself too caught up in it, Its mesirable sometimes its easier just to give up hopeJeremiah: And that’s the take away there is no hope Mark: And that’s the take away, Give up hope on the ridiculous things people trying to tell you have to do to find happiness, Happiness for everyone is completely subjective for crying out loud and balance is completely impossible task and be okay with it Jeremiah: Take a deep breath take a step back and be okay with it, absolutelyMark: Ladies and gentlemen I think that brings us to a close of our flight at the tso top secret office at spanish forks airport yes I hope you listeners are having fun please share the podcast with your friends and families and if you don’t like share with your enemies they might like you never know and find us on facebook heres our shameless plug and its not shameless its find us on facebook @facebook.com/
