11.3.6 Dispatch Audit At irregular intervals, deliveries ready for dispatch are to be checked according to the criteria of the Dispatch Audit Checklist (Fig. 11-3-6-1) prior to loading. If nonconformities are found, the dispatch department is to be immediately informed. They must then initiate immediate corrective actions.
