Based on the following:1. Improve the training of participants in order to reduce dropout among students, by raising awareness of the access to modern digital tools.2. Increasing the percentage of school insertion in vocational and technical education by developing students' practical skills and competencies to European standards and qualifications in the field orientation in which they were prepared.

Participating in this course gave us opportunities to improve our personal skills, professional, get in touch with creative and innovative teaching, learning, assessment, examples of best practice by sharing experience with an education provider abroad (Poland) and participants of various crops.
At this training course was attended by 11 people in two European countries, namely Romania and Greece.

Developing skills and communication skills in an international language.
Knowing the importance of parenting to children, parents and teachers / school involvement in effective programs and academic education for children

INVEST TIME IN YOUR CHILD'S FUTURE!
Making a pinboard called " With the FUTURE at TAIFAS" which will have the role about the description of parenting styles.
Conducting interviews / testimonials by students and their parents.
Applying a form about parenting styles, posted online on the google docs.
Students had done - correlation / association between parenting styles completed by their Parents, with images downloaded on the Internet / posted on flipchart paper and glued.

Rigorous organization of the activities of the
course that I attended in collaboration with
other teachers from abroad has increased
my enthusiasm and created, on the one
hand, prospects for the development of
creativity, imagination through the
proposing of solutions to problems of
leaving early school, using interactive
methods to increase student satisfaction
toward school, and the other part , will
make a presentation brochure of modern
methods and the degree of implementation
at classroom and of results obtained.
