Q: Which products will be sold at Special Incentives?A: Additional seats of existing products and any additional Infor modules, extensions, or products, such as EAM,

PM or SCM.

Q: What if a customer is content on their current release? A: That s fine. We will continue to support customers and in no way plan to push customers to the latest releases

if they do not want to upgrade or switch applications. This is a benefit and an option, but in no way are we forcing customers to upgrade.
