Body – be active: Regular physical exercise is associated with a greater sense of wellbeing and lower rates of depression and anxiety across all age groups.

Mind – keep learning: Adult learning has been linked with positive effects on wellbeing, and reports of life satisfaction and optimism.

Place – take notice: Being trained to be aware of sensations, thoughts and feelings in the present time and place, has been shown to improve wellbeing for several years.
