DISCO PROJECT: Digital Schools Contest
Research Project Proposal : Training needs of teachers in ICT.
SURVEY PROPOSAL
This document introduces a survey proposal for the project ‘Digital Schools Contest’, under a
Ka2 (Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices) of Erasmus+
Programme -specifically called DISCO.
It includes two parts:
- a first questionnaire about the main data/numbers of the school or educational
institutions - to be completed by the School Representative.
- a questionnaire about the integration of ICT in schools - to be completed by the
teachers and other staff of the schools or educational institutions.

School Representative
Please, fulfil this information about the school you are representing, and then spread the survey among the teachers and workers of your institution.This is a questionnaire oriented to european staff and teachers of every grade of Primary
and Secondary (High) Education. It deals about the introduction and needs of formation
about ICT within the educative institutions.
We ask to be honest with the answers, in order to get professional studies results.

The survey is part of the project ‘Digital Schools Contest’, under a Ka2 (Cooperation for innovation
and the exchange of good practices) of Erasmus+ Programme -specifically called DISCO.
The project is coordinated by the South East European University Tetovo *Institute for Environment
and Health (Macedonia) with Inercia Digital (Spain), Pakize Kokulu Anadolu Lisesi (Turkey), SSOU
MOSHA PIJADE-Tetovo (Macedonia) and Zendensino (Portugal).
A long term cooperation is provided in order to get the main goals of the overall project - to enhance
the key competences and skills on ICT and learning performance of young people attending
schools, through promoting quality improvements, innovation excellence at the level of education; to
raise awareness of a European lifelong learning area designed to complement policy reforms at
national level; and to support the modernization of education systems with digital integration in
learning.
