specification and other pertinent documents related to piping and pipeline.
Prepare, supervise and approves the development of PEP[from construction point of view], and its implementation
plus ensuring Lessons Learned are properly documented throughout the life of the project including Project Close-out.
Manage to have adaptation in Project planning, Histogram, Project design, Costing, MIS reporting and system
software’s such as M.S projects, and to ensure the goods and services are produced efficiently.
Provide Electrical assistance (like ensuring the sufficient Plant lighting, cabling, power distribution boards and
earthing of equipment) as per project requirement.
Reconciliation of Fitting Materials for the whole project: Ordered, Received quantity as per BOQ, required Qty's list

Preparing/Sign MOM by attending all meetings such as Kick offs, technical, progress, review, pre-commissioning &
commissioning with client, consultants, sub-contractors, team members and superiors.
To sign (within the limits of assigned Technical Authority) the test-pack after completion of job according to PDO
standards and regulations and Site is cleaned of any scrap.

Check, calculate and submit all contractor and subcontractor bills for clearance.

Superintends to site staff’s leaves & dues forms approval, requisitions, daily manpower reports, grading/ screening of
site staffs, monthly reconciliation statements of all construction consumable materials, monthly evaluations,
certification of vendor/suppliers invoices, issuance of letters to client or subcontractors etc.
Conduct inspections and testing on the installed fire protection systems, including heat and smoke detection systems,
fire alarm systems, or special hazard protection equipment.
Specified and locate fire extinguisher, sprinkler heads, piping, hose connections, fire/smoke detection, alarm systems
and related equipment (fittings, valves, supports) in accordance to NFPA 13 and 14.
Club electrical engineer (control, power, wiring) and HVAC engineer (detectors, dampers, equipment) demands for
smooth incorporation of all project items.
Prepare designs for the fire fighting system, fire alarm, fire sprinklers, fire suppression system, plumbing system like

Perform Role as a HSE Engineer
Lead, Manage and coordinate to site HSE team composed of 4 HSE supervisor & 20 HSE members from all sites
performing the works for implementation of HSE System to achieve zero accidents/ incidents.
Responsible for the implementation of all specific HSE programs on site such as site inspections, motivational
activities, disciplinary action, and qualification of Subcontractor's HSE performance, statistics and reports etc.
Participation in HAZOP/HAZID/SIL/RAM/Quantitative Risk Assessment/CSA and etc. meetings and studies.
Preparation of E.P.C Package for HSE, Fire Fighting, Water & Waste Water Treatment and Utility Systems.
Site In-charge (CDU Blocks & UTL/OS Block and CBDC) during Shut-Down
Being client representative manage and co-coordinate 7 departments over 17 B-2-B EPC contractor for preparation
of all internal and external project documentation to reflect construction reality and make smooth transition from
plant construction to pre-commissioning, from commissioning to plant operations and maintenance.
Fabricate Spool piece, Flange SW, Flange WN, Flange SO, Flange Blind, Elbow 900/450/22&1/20, T-equal, T-Red,
Concentric & Eccentric Reducer, concentric & eccentric swage etc.
Supervision of temporary & permanent Cathodic protection, Sand blasting, Internal & External Painting / linings /
coatings fabrication of pipes like Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) pipes, Seamless pipes etc.
Ensures all Staff aware of Permit to Work system (Confined Space, Vehicle entry permit, Cold Work, Hot Work etc.)
with valid TRAs attached for related jobs also need to be extend as required to ensure job continuity and responsible
for any permit violation which kept in Permit box to the respective equipment work areas.
Ensure Inspection Work Lists (IWLs) are quantified, feedback and approval received from Planning Dept. before starts
work. All IWLs issued against equipment shall be immediately, effectively & safely implemented after obtaining
approvals & any discrepancy should be brought to the notice of respective representative.
Ensure competent & adequate manpower and equipment (resources) are mobilized on site to complete work by
coordinating with all subcontractor and give them support as per established MoU.
List down all the flanges, fill in Flange Assembly Tightening Record (FTR) which compiled and maintained by the
Supervisors (or Bolt torque/tension Supervisors) during the execution of Turnaround.
Communicate with TEM, PDM, Safety Manager, QA/QC Manger to prioritize all works within quality & safety.
Ensures Planning Manager develops Level–4 plan in consultation with TAPM & show report in daily progress meeting.
Aware of roads that need road closure permits if any equipment/crane/work is obstructing flow of traffic in that road.
Act as a Hydro-test & commissioning Engineer
Plan, Execution, Control and Supervise all activities like Test pack and Test equipment preparation, Pneumatic testing,
Hydro testing, Watering, Dewatering, pressurizing, Depressurizing etc. of different pipeline material like, SS, CS, DI, MS
in compliance with Project specification, International codes and HSE plan for oil & gas processing industries.
Identify all Gate valves; Fire Hydrants, AV’s, WO’s and related appurtenances shall be closed properly & Leak proof;
Confirm all spectacle blinds and temporary commissioning spades are in the pre-test position shown in the system P &
ID limits; Line checking, Punch list preparation and clear punch list from client side.
Instruct all concrete thrust block and anchor blocks shall be allowed to cure in accordance with Section 03000; Check
pipeline hangers and supports for any damages and possibility for sliding supports.
Develop BCAR, LEED and BREEAM Plan in line with ITP also Lead TPI walk-downs and commissioning plan.
Supervise Commissioning (cleaning, gauging, hydro-testing) and Pre-commissioning (swabbing, Drying, Nitrogen
Purging) of different pipeline in various projects.
Act as a Fire Protection/ Plumbing Engineer
Received RED-LINED copies of original Plumbing drawings after the Model-Homes were built, used them to apply
required changes, made new revised drawings, and kept all related job files up-to-date accordingly.
Preparation of preliminary Process design for: Pretreatment (includes Lamella, DAF, Media filters, Ultra-filtration, etc.),
Reverse Osmosis (includes Brackish water, Sea water and Wastewater), Chemical dosing system, Sludge treatment
(includes Centrifuge, Filter press, Thickener, etc.) and Post treatment (includes lime reactor, silo, etc.), designs
comprise the selection of process and process calculations, membrane selection, filters selection etc.
Preparation of layout, PFD, P&ID, HFD, electrical load list and power consumption at different at different conditions
