• Capacity Development as per guidelines need to be initiated. • Supported NDMA in conduct of Mock Drill at Greater Noida

• Supporting NDMA in organizing Mock-Drills in following states: Andhara Pradesh (Visakhapatnam), Rajasthan (Chittorgarh), Kerela (Cochin), Maharastra (Mumbai), Assam (Dibrugarh), Punjab (Rupnagar), Gujarat (Hazira).

ENVIS Madhya Pradesh Centre

• Ministry of Environment and Forests, GOI has selected us for a pilot project of Inter State Basic Environment Information Database (ISBEID)-a web based GIS software for online data management of Environment and Disaster Risk Reduction for the country.

• ISBEID Software is used by ENVIS Centre for collection, collating and dissemination of Environmental Data.

Developed Website for the benefit of various stakeholders-

Partnership with the Hindustan Times for Children education on Environment and Disaster: Disaster Connection- Kids to Kids.

Centre is providing weekly prizes for winners of Disaster Connection-Kids to Kids Quiz Contest.

Publishing Bi-monthly ENVIS Madhya Pradesh News Letter.
