The West Africa Trade Hub links West African companies to international markets by working closely with export-ready companies in six product categories: apparel, cashew, fi sh and seafood, handcrafts, shea and specialty foods. We deem a company “export ready” when it fulfi lls certain criteria, listed below. All of our export-ready companies are listed in a Directory of Exporters, which is updated every three months. The directory is made available to international buyers and investors via the Trade Hub’s website and at trade shows.
What makes a company export-ready?
• Successful export experience and attendance at international marketing events• Responsiveness and professional communication in English by email• Professional marketing materials• Meeting production deadlines• Quality production, eff ective quality control and ability to manage the administration related to
