Kindly refer to this department's letter of even number dated 18/11/2015,28/12/~015 & subsequent reminder dated 08/02/2016, wherein it was intimatedthat this Department is considering the-cases for promotion to the post of Gr. Il(DASS). It was, therefore, requested to send the information i.e., integritycertificate & vigilance clearance report, of the eligible officials, as per the listenclosed, working in your department along with ACR for the period 2010-2011to 2014-2015 immediately.

It was also requested that in case the official (s) has expired/retired/removed from service/promoted/ appointed to higher grade/post or transferredon deputation, then a list of such officials may also be made available to thisdepartment.

While furnishing the information in respect of the eligible officials, it maykindly be ensured that no person senior to these officials is left out. It is alsopointed out that if some officials ~re left' out from promotion due to non-furnishing of the information by .the department, the responsibility for theirnon-promotion will rest on the concerned department.
