CIRCULAR

The In-service Training Programmes in all subjects for the Academic 'session 2014-15 are about to begin

for which schedule. has already been uploaded.

Following are the duties which are being assigned to the Academic Coordinators and Administrative

Coordinators (Principal! Vice Principal of Venue) and Monitoring Teams for successful and effective

execution of the training programmes.

A) Duties for Administrative cocrdlnators.- (For Head of Schools)

• First and foremost to ensure the functionality of infrastructure i.e. proper seating arrangement,

computer, projector and screen etc. and facilities like fans, light, water and dean toilets etc.

• To be present at the venue 30 minutes prior to the days training and to stay till the end of day

on all days of the training.

• To ensure that the online attendance of participants is uploaded on the DOE's website within

an hour of the start on all days of the training.

B) Duties for Academic coordinators: - (For SCERT/D1ETfaculty)

• To visit the designated venue a day prior to the training schedule to check and ensurefunctionality and availability of the needed infrastructure.

• To provide a list of requirements to the Administrative Coordinator one/two day in advance.

• To send a report along with feedback of the participants within 10 days of the completion of theprogramme to Joint Director, SCERT,

• To strictly select Resource Person's from the prescribed list compiled by SCERT.

• To ensure that material such as stationery Course Design and manuals are made available to the

participants on the first day of the training.

• To refund the unspent balance within 10 days and settle the utilization of advance within 30days.

• To submit Course Design with specific/designated Resource Persons at least 7-8 days in advance

to Joint Director, SCERT.

C) Duties for District level monitoring teams:-

As per directions of Director Education, a District level monitoring team has been constituted in

consultation with the District DOE's. The Zone wise list of monitoring team is enclosed. The

duties of these monitoring teams are as follows:

• To visit the Venues of training programmes daily to ensure punctuality and regularity

and smooth conduct of training programmes.

• Some member of the team to be available at the Venues at all times.

• The team must be present at the Venues on the first day of the training from the start of

the day in order to ensure punctuality.

• To submit the monitoring report in the attached prescribed proforma to the Academic

Coordinator at the end of each day.

• DOE's must check online attendance module of the participants daily and take

appropriate action against the Defaulters.
