Reg : Direct reporting of branches to H.O. for credit mattersfalling within H.O. Powers

In the process of consolidation of the cited circulars, a few changes in the list ofdirect reporting of branches to HO for credit matters and the system of reporting aregiven below:

LCBs to continue sending credit proposals, falling within HO powers, directlyto HO with copy to respective FGM and FGM to give his response /recommendation to HO within 7 days.

MCBs and direct reporting branches (identified by Credit Division): Nowthere are 15 MCBs and 13 identified branches which are required to reportdirectly to HO for all credit related matters (list as per Annexure). Thesebranches, to continue sending credit proposals, falling within HO powers,directly to HO with copy to respective CO and FGMO. Circle Office to sendrecommendation to FGM under copy to HO and FGM to give his response /recommendation to HO within 7 days.

However, these branches would continue to be under the administrativecontrol of respective Circle Offices.

Other Branches to continue sending all their credit proposals beyond theirpowers, to their respective Circle Offices. COs to send credit proposals, fallingwithin HO powers, directly to HO along with their recommendations, with copyto respective FGMO. FGM to give his response / recommendation to HOwithin 7 days

The latest list of branches that have to report directly to HO for credit matter fallingwithin HO powers is attached.
