Direct Object Pronouns
A direct object tells who or what receives the action of the verb:
I see the dog.(I see what? - - the dog = d.o.)
I see Mary.(I see who? - - Mary = d.o.)
Direct object pronouns replace direct objects:
me - me nos - us
te – you (fam.) os – y’all
lo – you, him, it los – them, you all
la – you, her, it las – them, you all (fem.)
¿Tomas la prueba hoy?¿La tomas hoy?
¿Bebes el café y la leche? -- ¿Los bebes?
