0TypeDelivery in storage box 590 x 480 mm.ApplicationFor three and/or four-jaw lathe chucks for positioningand mounting. As length stop and for securing theworkpiece against movement during drilling andturning and in stationary chucks during milling. Thestop rings are positioned in the flutes of the boringjaws.Advantages:- Quick exchange of the stop rings =
short cycle time. - Contact surface of the workpiece does not move. - Large centrical through-hole.
Note:Easy handling - measure workpiece, look forsuitable stop rings. Insert ring into the correspondingflute. Mounting, clamping and machining of theworkpiece (the corresponding grooves can easily beworked into the jaws). Setup time approx. 20seconds. It is not possible for the workpiece to bemoved into the chuck, even when drilling. Therefore, considerably higher feeds are possible, especiallywhen drilling. Enables exact compliance withdimensions as well as effortless internal machiningof large centrical through holes.

For straight-toothed jawsQuick-action jaw exchange system with single unlocking systemSecuring of the position of the base jaws
The special design (key bars are positioned tangentially) has a positive effect on the manner in which the chuck reacts tocentrifugal forces. This means: higher possible rpm (with large through-hole) and gripping power losses are reduced. Thesingle unlocking system simplifies the handling of large special top jaws, which have to used in dependence of the work piece.
