we also need to seize the opportunity of what we refer to as the XLOB opportunities things like mobility like Cloud are very much across our existing competencies and we need to figure out how we lock down BOTH opportunities we are working on

this complex area and to ensure we get enough focus on these new areas we will talk about this later

The challenge of focus . more of this later

So this is not a structural change this simply reflects the market opportunities we are focussing on in the ICT market.

We must defend and grow the more basic services and then secure the high ground with the more complex managed, Cloud and ITO services .

Guys we are still very much in the basic support services Cisco may be upping the game here but we must execute our support strategy hold the line while we continue to get exponential traction at the more higher value add services

Rob will take you through our services strategy.

The company has developed significant cloud management system technology for both public and private clouds. Based in Santa Clara, California, OpSource also has expertise in operating clouds.

BlueFire delivers enterprise grade infrastructure and services and provides an extensive range of professional hosted services, including productivity applications, email hosting, desktop services, cloud storage, backup recovery, DR as well as cloud computing services. Also, BlueFire operates from 9 data center and 10 point-of-presence across AUS and NZ.
