• “we did palliative care well before but we do it even better now”

• “before GSF residents were admitted into hospital to die now we have managed to care for all our residents in their terminal phase”

• “we have developed a much better working relationship with our GPs since doing GSF”

• Role exchange – Kirkwood Hospice– 1st exchange complete – positive experience– 2nd to commence in the autumn
