MOBILE CHECK-IN
Once the the guest is pre checked-in, the guest can complete check-in
through mobile experience
Key Features
• Room selection (only available in Opera).
• Create a digital key (only available via SDK
or full white label app).
• Check-in manually at front desk and notify
the guest.
MOBILE VIEW FOLIO/CHECK-OUT
During their stay, guests can view their folio. When it’s time to leave,
guests can self check-out quickly and easily.

POST STAY SURVEY
Send the guest a post stay survey through ReviewPro or other third-party providers
CHECK-IN VIA KIOSK

• Find the reservation
• Present the registration card (if prefilled through the
mobile experience, it will be pre-populated)
• Scan ID (in development)
• Charge the guest Credit Card for the stay
• Post payment method in the PMS for authorization
(Will be card not present transaction)
• Generate a physical Key
• Pre-check-in the guest and notify once room is ready
• Send a link for in stay and checkout experience
through mobile
