Process

The dedicated PMC team of DIGITECH-HR shall work with close co-ordination with client and the project consultant and all other project stake holders to create an initial project scope, WBS and work out the project timings. The project schedule, activity sequencing and incorporation of changes shall also be the direct responsibility of DIGITECH-HR team. Once the schedule is finalized it shall be published to all concerned for construction to begin.

PROJECT PLANNING & MANAGEMENT Project Management is the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. A project is a finite endeavor which brings about beneficial change or added value. The primary challenge of PPM training is the use of software to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while adhering to classic project constraints—usually scope, quality, time and budget. The secondary—and more ambitious—challenge is to optimize the allocation and integration of inputs necessary to meet pre defined ‐objectives. The training module includes:‐

QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL The Module includes training in International Quality Standards like ISO, CMMI, SIX SIGMA & training in SPC. ISO ‐The aim of the course is to provide an understanding of the principles and practices of ISO 9000 2000 ‐quality management system auditing and to impart practical training on quality auditing skills. CMMI ‐The Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) helps organizations in managing their processes in a structured manner, making a positive impact on product quality and organization’s business objectives. After taking An Overview to CMMI course, a trainee shall be able to: Understand the basics of CMMI . SIX SIGMA – Six Sigma is a statistically based process improvement methodology that aims to reduce defects to ‐a rate of 3.4 defects per million defect opportunities by identifying and eliminating causes of variation in business processes. SPC ‐ Statistical process control involves using statistical techniques to measure and analyze the variation in processes. Most often used for manufacturing processes, the intent of SPC is to monitor product quality and maintain processes to fixed targets. Statistical quality control refers to using statistical techniques for measuring and improving the quality of processes.

BEHAVIORAL MANAGMENT & PERSONALITY DEVOLOPMENT  The Organizational Behavior training combines theory and practice from multiple disciplines to help students develop skills useful in working with people in organizations to achieve goals and solve problems.
