Partner, Go Blue Inc. Ms. Judy McCutcheon has over 20 years’ experience as a consultant and trainer, working with major organisations within the Caribbean region, North and Central America. Her areas of competence are in organizational redesign, employee assessment and development and training. She has worked in various industries including, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Hotel and Tourism, Telecommunications, and Retail. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with an MBA in International Business and is currently pursuing a master’s in applied psychology at the University of South Wales Mr. Aaron Moses

His career in policy development and management spans across government and the private sector, including banking, manufacturing, marketing, and human resources.
