Photoshop clown

• We were asked to insert textures into the drawing to give the appearance of clothing, we also had to resize the head and insert it onto the body, I found this hard because I had never used software like this before, I also found it difficult to stay within the lines.

Photoshop: Images

• We were asked to play around with different functions within photo shop and how they can create certain effects. Resulting in creating a new and different landscape or environment. This application could be used to quickly create an interesting sets and designs or just to enhance pictures.

Photoshop montage of “The importance of being earnest”

• I chose images relating to the play and juxtaposed them together to create a basic representation of the play, this in-turn would help me focus down on the main elements and themes I would want to present in a set design using this program

Photoshop set design• creating a set for the

“Importance of being Earnest” I compiled relevant images and then copied and cut them onto each other, I think the final effect is successful creating a simple and but effective design, I now feel more confident in using Photoshop , and feel it’s a quick and easy way to create new and inventive set designs and being able to enhance the design in ways which could not be done by hand.

• We learnt to use tools such as fillets and chamfers allowing us to create accurate angles and corners, I think auto cad is a really useful program, which enables us to draw accurately and to scale, however I found the program difficult and complicated to use.
