With all the requirements, client was having challenging timelines, for infrastructure setup, implementation, onboarding the developers in 4 months, which includes 100 APIs exposed.
Solution:
Sage IT developed a three-phased dig ital transformation framework including infrastructure, API implementation and developer onboarding. With an automated baseline process for creating the APIs, Sage IT employed a governance team for the implementation of APIs to monitor the standards.
Sage IT also implemented the CICD pipeline for the deployment of APIs to pro-prod and prod environments including the unit testing.
