1. Introduction:
Digital Certificate provide a secure mechanism to identify and authenticate an entity via the
verification of a digital signature within a public key infrastructure (PKI). Such authentication
is based on mechanisms that validate that the Certificate and the associated private key are,
in fact, trusted and follow the specified set of requirements, commonly known as Certificate
validation. The integrity of the overall PKI (Public Key Encryption) is necessarily based upon
the integrity of each component of the PKI.
Digital Certificate is successfully implemented and now is available for access to all the
franchisee of keonics. The center can download digital certificate within no time once
approved and digitally signed by Keonics in Online exam portal login. The downloaded DC
can be downloaded and printed using Adobe Reader. For more details on data flow between
the portals, go through the complete manual.

2. Online Exam
To access or to login the "Kshiksha Online Examination Portal" visit www.kshiksha.com
website and then select or click on "exam" link on the menu bar.
Step 1: Open the web browser (Chrome / Mozilla) Step 2: Type URL www.kshiksha.com in address bar.
Once you visit the above URL, Kshiksha Portal home page appears as shown in figure-2.1.

Step 3: Select or click on exam link.
Once the training centre user click on exam link the Login screen appears, as shown in figure-2.2.

1. Enter the training centre "username" 2. Enter the training Centre "password" 3. Click on the "login" button
On successful login the screen in Figure-2.3 appears

2.1. Result
Once you click result option, list of students result appears with an action button view and
Confirm DC as shown in figure-2.4

1. List of students result appears with action button view and Confirm DC.
2. Click on search button to search a student with respect to Student Id, Student name,
Exam ID or Course ID.
3. The action button “view” displays detailed description of result and marks scored in
each subject as shown in figure-2.4.
4. Confirm DC: The confirm DC button is confirmation for Digital Certificate Generation
and will be available only for the students who have secured Passed grade.Once
clicked on Confirm DC button the pop-up appears as shown in figure-2.5.
a. If Yes button is clicked than the student data will be send for digital signature
to generate Digital Certificate as shown in figure-2.5 (a).
b. If No button is clicked than it is assumed that students certificate print is not
yet required and students wishes to again appear for re-exam, henceforth the
re-exam button will be available in exam management menu of Training ERP
as shown in figure-2.5 (b).

5. Download DC: Once the Keonics official approve and digitally sign the certificate the
“Download DC” button will be available as shown in figure-2.4, to download the
digitally signed certificate for the centre in result menu and take the print out using
Adobe PDF reader.

3. Training ERP
To access or to login the "Kshiksha Training ERP Portal" visit www.kshiksha.com website
and then select or click on "Training ERP" link on the menu bar.
Step 1: Open the web browser (Chrome / Mozilla).
Step 2: Type URL www.kshiksha.com in address bar. Once you visit the above URL, Kshiksha Portal home page appears as shown in figure-3.1.

Step 3: Select or click on training Erp link.
Once the training centre user click on training Erp link the Login screen appears as shown in figure-3.2.

4. Enter the training centre "username".
5. Enter the training Centre "password".
6. Click on the "login" button.
On successful login the screen in Figure-3.3 appears.

3.1. Exam Management
When you click on Exam management option the student listing screen appears as shown in
figure-3.4.

1. Exam: Allow to move student to Kshiksha online exam portal to attempt the exam.
Only those students whose exam status is “not-taken” and “absent” will be given the
exam button.
2. Re-exam: The re-exam button will be available by default only for failed students.
The re-exam button for passed student will be available if “Confirm DC” button is
clicked in result menu of exam portal for the student, and if “NO“ option is selected,
as shown in figure 2.5(b).Re-exam button Instructs to re-send the student to exam if
the student was passed or failed.
Note: If Digital certificate is approved and again students wish to appear for re-
exam, then contact to Keonics.

4. Abode PDF Reader Settings
The “Download DC” button will be available once the certificate is digitally signed by
Keonics as shown in figure 4. When click on Download DC button the certificate will be
available either to save or view in PDF reader.

Open the downloaded digitally signed certificate in abode PDF Reader. Initially for the first
time the digital signature will be with unknown validity as Updations need to be done in
your adobe reader in order to confirm and verify that the signature is from valid user.
To verify a digitally signed PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader, Please Follow the below
mentioned steps.
1. Click on “Digital Signature” as shown in figure 4.1.

3. Click “Show Signer’s Certificate button” as shown in figure 4.3.

4. Once clicked on “Show Signer’s Certificate button” the screen appears as shown in figure 4.4.

5. Click “Add to Trusted Identities”. 6. Adobe Security window opens, click “OK” as shown in figure 4.5.

7. Click on check box of certified documents and click on ok button as shown in figure 4.6.

8. Click on “Details tab”, scroll down and select Public Key and click OK as shown in figure 4.7.

9. Refresh/Click on the digital signature, once done “Signature Valid” will appear with the details of the person who has approved/signed the certificate,as shown in the figure 4.8.
