● Store document as digital image on Government of India Servers

● Every document issued is stored digitally there, with a QR-Code on document.

● Citizen submit a photocopy of the document● Any department can validate if document is

genuine and valid by scanning the document QR-Code

● QR-Code must be printed on the original Document

3. Scan QR-Code● Any agency can scan a QR-code● Scan output data which will have content● and a secret/unique URL which holds the original image
