• You need to sell more of X product/service – talk about it and create content to support it

• Digital skills are needed to create and share any form of digital content• Even better digital skills are needed to plan, develop a strategy and

measure results of this work• When a business has a goal or “big message” the whole strategy of the

business must work towards it• If there are not the skills in place to work towards the goal in the most

effective way there needs to be a change of staff or the team need to be trained

• Regular training and mentoring will push the level of digital competence in your business higher

• Staff who do not want to develop or cannot at the pace you want can and will need to be replaced by digitally competent staff
