2Install the Digital Ant Controller

a) Connect the RED wire of the Digital Ant controller to the positive terminal of garage door motor controller and the BLACK wire to the negative terminal of garage door motor controller.b) Place the Digital Ant controller near by the garage door and keep it far away from metal to avoid blue-tooth signal from being influenced or blocked.c) If the Digital Ant controller is properly connected to the garage door motor controller, the LED on the Digital Ant controller will turn on automatically, if the LED is not on, please check the connection of two wires.d) To activate Digital Ant controller to factory mode: Keep pressing the small button on blue-tooth controller for 5s until the LED OFF and the LED will turn on atomatically again after 5s.Pay attention: If you delete your garage icon in App, you should process step d) to re-activate the Digital Ant controller.

There are too many different garage door motor controller brands and models on the market, we recommend users to connect the Digital Ant controller to the 2-wires wall push-button switch.

Digital Ant controller can be connected parallelly to the wall push-button switch box.Note : Before connecting the wires of the Digital Ant controller to the wires, please find out the positive pole by electric pen and keep two poles completely separated.

3Pair Your Phone with

the Digital Ant Controllera) After step 1 and step 2, open the Digital Ant Smart Garage App in your phone. Click ‘Connect device’ icon in the setting page and the App will find and link the Digital Antcontroller automatically.

b) After step a) , the APP will show the following picture. c) You can rename the icon or delete it as you want.

d) To open or close garage door, please click the door icon in home page.Important Note: There is a delay according to different phones.

e) If your family want to use Digital Ant Smart Garage App to control the same garage door as you, they should download and install the App firstly. Then please click ‘Click to display QR code’ icon in the home page andshare the QR code to your family. Generally speaking, the Digital Ant Smart Garage App can support countless users.

4Compatibility:

a) Android phone: Android 4.3 or upper version, blue-tooth version 4.0 or upper version is must.

b) iPhone: IOS 8.0 or upper version, iPhone5/5s/5c/SE, iPhone6/6plus/6s/6s Plus, iPhone7/7Plus, iPhone8/8 Plus, iPhoneX

CAUTION:If you lose your mobile phone or ROOT your mobile phone OS, the Smart-Garage APP will be lost too. You need to repair (for first installer) or register again by scanning the QR code from the first installer. If all your family lose the Smart-Garage APP, you have to reset the Digital Ant controller then re-pair it following the user guide.

5Frequent problem Q&A

Q2: What should I notice when installing the Digital Ant controller?A: It is important to keep the positive pole and negative pole completely separated. Please find out the positive pole by using electric pen before attaching the controller wires to motor wires.

Q3: After installing the Digital Ant controller, the LED light doesn’t turn on automatically. What can I do to deal with this?A: Please exchange the positive pole and negative pole and try again. And please comfirm the voltage is in the range of 3V~35V

Q1: How to extend the remote distance?A: Please keep the blue-tooth controller close to garage door as possible as you can.

Q5: Can the Digital Ant Smart Garage app support multiple Digital Ant controllers?A: Yes, it can support countless controllers in one app.You just need to set up the second or the third controllers like the first one.

Q4: What can I do if the Digital Ant controller stops working after a short time.A: Generally, it’s a blue-tooth signal synchronization issue, please follow the following 2 solutions to resolve it:1). Disconnect the power wire and re-connect it again. This action will turn off the blue-tooth signal and turn on again. Then the garage controller can work properly.2). Firstly delete the old smart garage icon in the app. Secondly, press the controller's reset button for 5 seconds. Then search the blue-tooth controller and sync it in the app.

Attention:In order to install the App correctly, we need the authorization to access camera, network, files system and GPS.A) To access camera is for scanning QR code when sharing QR code.B) To access network is to inform users toupdate the App version when needed.C) To access files system is for saving the system password in phone. There is an AES password when phone communicates with the device.D) To access GPS is for Android 7.0 and upper version requirement. Android 7.0could work with BLE to achieve the function like WIFI locating function.
