A single storey extension is often a cost effective way to provide additional space - without the hassle or expense of moving. Within a certain size most extensions do not require planning permission, which helps

reduce the time to complete your project. Extend from a dining or living room, and open your house into the garden. With options such as Velux windows and bi-folding doors, you can have a light, airy space created for

you. We can also incorpo-rate feature lighting, cabling and audio visual compo-nents into your new room, removing unsightly cables from view, and enhancing the overall experience.

We try to maximize the space available with a bold, modern look and feel, paying attention to the placement of units, storage and appli-ances and how the whole area ‘flows’ as a work space.

High quality - but affordable - finishes. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail on finishes, especially with tiling, plastering and decoration.
