What makes a good photo

• If it is a medium closes up of someone's face makes sure the light sources is not behind them and they are the one looking into the light source, not the camera

• Makes sure that the camera stays levels whilst taking a photo by using a tripod or makes sure your hands are steady so you reduces the risk of camera shake.

• Makes sure that the camera is in focuses before you take the picture by pushing down the shot button half way.

• Make sure that if you are taking a long shot makes sure that all of the line in the horizon are going the same way so that it is easy to view and doses not make the picture confusing to see.

• Make sure that you try and maxims the spaces used in the picture by following the rule of thirds, so there is not any big gaps on the photo of e.g. a brick wall

• Make sure that the camera is correctly focus on the thing you want to see in the image • Make sure that any props uses in the photo do not get in the ways of anything important like a person

face• Make sure that the light is the right amount so there is no shadows obstructing important things in the

• A bad photo is not properly focuses and you can barely see clearly what is in the photo• A bad photo might have some thing obstructing so thing important in the images

like a window in front of some ones face • A bad photo might not be clear because there might have been a cases of camera

shake whilst taking the picture • A bad photo might not have all the line level because it was taken at a weird angle• A bad photo might have a glare in it because the camera is facing the light or

because something in the image is reflecting light• A bad photo might not follow the rule of thirds and in the image there might be a

big area of nothing like a wall
