    Get up early in the morning after completing ur 7-8 hours sound sleep.I will consider you will get up 6.00am in morning.

    1.Go to bathroom for urination compulsory.

    2.At 6 A.M Take Luke warm water-2 Glass

    3.After that brush ur teeth.

    4.At 6.30 A.m-7 A.m Eat 6 Soaked Almonds Or5 halves Walnuts.

    5.Go to Gym or take a brisk walk for 1hr compulsory.Everyday walk

    is must...no excuse Pl. Drink 1-2 glass of water.

    6.At 8 A.M Take ur breakfast.2 egg white omlette or hard boiled eggwhite or 1 Besan chila or 1 plate(small) Upama or oats + any medium size fruit

    7.After 30 min .break take ur bath but before bath drink 1 glass water.

    8.Do some Spiritual Chanting (pooja)

    9.At 10-11 A.M Take lunch, 1 chapati ,1 green veg,salad like cucumber,carrot,tomatoes but no beetroot.

    10.Drink 2 glass water after 30 min.of lunch.
