Mid Morning : Raw tea (without sugar) + One Orange/Apple
Lunch : Brown roti-2 / Rice 1. plate
chicken/ Fish -2 (medium) +mixed veg-1.5 cup + salad (Tomatoes + cucumbers).Evening : Raw tea (without tea) + Orange/ roasted chana one hand full.Dinner : Brown atta Roti-2/rice -1 bowl + Fish or chicken without skin 1pc or 2 small pcs + mixed veg-1.5 cups + dal (20 gm)-1.5+ salad( cucumbers +tomatoes + rajma bean). ** At Party Grilled fish or grilled chicken + Roti (take salad)/ clear nun.**Food to avoid: Deep fried food Hard drinks.
Red meat.
** Should be taken: Low sugar and minimum salt.
Water intake - 10 -12 gls minimum.
