Sheet Metal Forming Research Association (SMFRA) is organizing a workshop focused on

highlighting the latest set of Computer-Based Techniques available for Morphing the Die Face

Geometry to account for Springback during the Engineering and Die Try-Out Stages. The workshop

will have a total of three pertinent presentations providing a comprehensive view of the techniques

employed to address this need. Presentations will be followed by a Brainstorming Session, where the

Workshop Participants will have the opportunity to describe current Springback Problems, and discuss

how the latest set of Die Face Morphing support techniques presented in the Workshop can

satisfactorily address their needs in this area. Please come prepared to discuss your issues,

problems, roadblocks, and potential needs.
