Telling Tales [With a bit of resilience] It is quite tricky to Make Projects Fly by yourself. Why should people get on board with you and fly with your project? Do you lead so others will follow? Did Caesar defeat the Gauls all on his lonesome? Did he not have one cook with him? Did Alexander conquer India all by himself? No – these Great Men inspired hundreds of people to believe in their wild plans and follow them – on foot! … Yet the history books remembers just the main man. When you seek to inspire people to follow you, what is the story you tell about yourself and your project? How do you do that? Are you very factual? Are you dramatic? How do you engage you audience? This experiential and interactive session aims to develop awareness around your default silo-zone, and share how to expand your style from informational to inspirational … with a bit of resilience.
