International Day of Human Rights

• Human rights are celebrated annually on the 10th of December each year.

• Our human rights range from having the right to a name to having the right to live in safety without fear of discrimination to the right to live.

• Not all countries share these rights and millions of people are exploited and abused each year.

• EVEN IN THE UK MANY PEOPLE ARE DENIED THEIR BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS!!

• On Friday the school is holding a non-school uniform day.

• A portion of the money raised will got to human rights charities with the rest going to the schools main charities.
