4. Pin pocket piece on top of bag, matching the side seams andcentering 3-1/2 from each top edge.

5. Baste in place along side seams.6. Stitch the straps together at each end, forming a long loop.7. Turn under 1/2 along each edge and press.

8. Fold in half lengthwise and press.
