Delving In

1. There is quite a lot of exaggeration in the first three parts of the story. Find a few examples of it (look for superlatives, strong adjectives, out-of-this-world situations/objects, etc.). How does this hyperbolic style make you feel? 2. Comment on Fitzgeralds use of language. Do you like it? Why (not)? Could the vocabulary choice itself and the authors style contribute to the message of the story?
