Do's

• Ensure that the product is suitable for its specific application

• Disconnect power before fitting diamond blade to the machine

• Examine all products before mounting and periodically for possible defects or damage (core flatness, fatigue cracks,

undercutting, arbor damage)

• Ensure correct mounting devices are used and that they are clean, undistorted and free from burrs

• Always use a correctly designed and adjusted guard (on the blade)

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

• Ensure accordance between product direction arrow and machine rotation

Dont's

• Do not use a machine that is not in good working order or one with defective parts

• Do not force abrasive onto the mounting device or modify the size of the mounting blade

• Do not exceed the maximum operating speed marked on the product

• Do not apply shock or excessive force to the product or overheat it

• Do not use mounting flanges which are not clean and flat

• Do not tighten the mounting device excessively

• Do not start the machine until the guard is in place and fastened securely

• Do not grind materials for which the product is not designed

• Do not stop the abrasive applying pressure to its surface, let it stop by itself

• Do not exceed permissible rotation speeds, refer values mentioned on the product

DIAMOND SAW BLADES

Diamond Cup Wheels are mainly used for buffing, beveling,smoothing and sculpturing stones.

Turbo Blade combines the advantages of both Continuous Rim and Segmented Rim blade in cutting of bricks, blocks, tiles, concrete and masonry materials. Designed for fast cutting with less chipping, better cooling and excellent dust removal.

Tuck Point Blades are used for making grooves on the surface of the construction materials and repairing grout, cleaning and routing cement mortar joints. Thicker segments provide a faster cut-rate and longer blade life.
