For perhaps the first time in the

Information Age, an inspired

grouping of workplace technologies

is being applied in a way that

eliminates distraction and allows

for this vital “shared time” to be

put to best use.

Dialogue by Nucraft optimizes

what we call Intellectual Momentum:

meeting participants, whether across

the table or overseas, remaining

engaged, able to instantly contribute

ideas. This optimization of the

meeting space delivers an enhanced

experience that dramatically improves

outcomes and increases productivity

and profitability.

Imagine a fluid conversation that offers each participant a compelling voice, as well as the ability to seamlessly share documents and

illustrate ideas from a personal database of imagery, language, research and contacts, or from anywhere on the Web. When the time is

Intellectual Momentumappropriate, anyone else in the conversation with the touch of a button can instantly expand the conversation.

Level 1—

Data sharingconnects voices, images and ideas.

This is the group experience that allows documents and other visuals to be shared in time with the flow of conversation. Just hit our Go Button and communicate new ideas, expand on current thinking or inform the group of best practices by reviewing and showing your favorite Web site or by pulling whatever information exists in your personal database.

Connect, find relevant information, press the Go Button and expand the conversation.

Level 2—

Audio conferencingallows remote voices to be clear, compelling parts of the conversation.

Dialogue is ready to connect remote audiences when you are, whether they’re across town or overseas. All the tools are at your fingertips; no need to drag a conference phone to the table, no need to memorize contact numbers or be concerned with patchy connections.

Use Dialogue’s proprietary software in conjunction with the standard H.323 protocol to make voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) calls without the lofty subscription fees or line charges associated with ISDN or dedicated T1 applications.

Built-in, high-quality speakers deliver unprecedented sound and one-way, noise canceling microphones allow for participants to comfortably and productively participate in conversation.

Level 3—

Video conferencingoffers real-time visual interaction from outside partners.

Easy as a phone call, the high-definition video provides a face-to-face experience with remote partners, employees or potential clients— no delay, no static, no ghosting.

Connect with multiple partners at the same time. Manufacturing in Shanghai and product development in California can share the same “room” to work together as a collaborative team. Works seamlessly in conjunction with Skype, WebEx and GoTo Meeting, eliminates T1 and ISDN charges, and greatly reduces costly travel expenses and improves carbon footprint.

Pick up all the visual cues, bridge cultural divides and increase productivity.

People.Make the most of your talent.

Profits.Front-end purchasing of Dialogue represents an average savings of 40 percent compared with other fully-integrated audio-visual systems. Order-to-implementation time is cut to eight weeks from the typical 22 weeks.

Operation costs for Dialogue also are significantly reduced. With the use of the

Planet. With a much-reduced need for travel, cost savings can be found in avoiding the purchase of plane tickets, cab rides, hotel rooms and meals. Of course, reduced travel time is an overall benefit to an organization’s carbon footprint; every mile saved further limits the negative environmental impact.

H.323 protocol, Dialogue eliminates the $700 monthly payment for a T1 line and the $1,500 monthly payment and $6 per-minute line fee for a designated ISDN line.

Once installed, technological frustrations are avoided, costs are kept in check and your Intellectual Momentum is maintained.
