Varietal: 100% RieslingViticulture & Vinification Notes: Using environmentally friendly techniques in the vineyard, the wine is not blended, concentrated, not chaptalised. It is fermentated dry in stainless steel tanks.

Description by Jancis Robinson: Very very delicate aromatics - evanescence of flowers, spice and lemon, perhaps a hint of nuts. Amazing intensity for a Kabinett. Dry yet rich. Ripe minerally citrus on the palate, with that nutty edge, balanced by powerful freshness. This is dense yet elegant and very long.

E. Guigal 2009 Condrieu, $57.89 Grapes: 100% Viognier,

Review: A highly expressive and perfumed bouquet of nectarine, peach nectar, orange marmalade and white flowers. Broad, palate-staining pit fruit flavors are braced by tangy minerality and become more floral with air. Offers a suave blend of depth and vivacity, with very good finishing clarity and stony persistence.

91 Points - Stephen Tanzerʼs International Wine Cellar

Côte-Rôtie Brune et Blonde 2005 $74.78 Grapes: 96% Syrah 4% Viognier

Review: The 2005 Cote Rotie Brune et Blonde is the fullest-bodied, most complete and deepest (of the three Cote Rotie). Its dark garnet color is followed by a big, sweet nose of bacon fat, cassis, jammy cherries, and peppery herbs. Full-bodied and lush, it is ideal for drinking over the next 10-12 years

92 Points - Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate

Côte-Rôtie Brune et Blonde 2006 $66.84, Grapes: 96% Syrah 4% Viognier

Silky and perfumed in the mouth, with a suave texture and appealing sweetness to flavors of raspberry, strawberry liqueur and blood orange. Very pure and precise, finishing with silky tannins and noteworthy verve
