You will gradually be introduced to moderate intensity aerobic, strength and balance exercises that are tailored to your needs. Annual Cycle of Care Diabetes changes over time and can lead to health complications. The Annual Cycle of Care will assist you in keeping your diabetes care on track. Shop Smart Do you know what is really going into your trolley? This workshop will help you make healthy choices while shopping. Be Well with Diabetes In these sessions, you will have the opportunity to hear from 3 different health professionals about how you can live a healthier life with diabetes. This session will help clear up any myths and give you the facts about carbohydrates. DESMOND Specifically designed for people living with type 2 diabetes DESMOND will empower you to take control of your diabetes care. Med Smart This workshop helps you to understand what your medications are, what they do, and how to address any concerns that you may have. Ready Set Go, Let’s Move If you are having difficulty getting started, or find it hard to stay on track with your physical activity, this session is perfect for you.
