What is?

Create Professional Service Teacher: That recognize the formation and achievements of teachers. Good teachers will have the opportunity to advance based on their professional accomplishments.Constitutional Elevates the National Institute for Educational Evaluation and gives it autonomy, to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

This constitutional reform is the first step of the great educational transformation that Mexico needs.

Provide autonomy to the National Institute for Educational Evaluation (INEE): This agency will be responsible for evaluating teachers mandatory. The results will be the basis for teachers to maintain their place or access to management positions. The INEE will be responsible for pre-school, primary, secondary and high school.

Creating Operating System and Management Education: Requires INEGI a census of teachers, schools and students for the country to have a nominal registration.It gives autonomy to.
