What is Education Reform?

 A consensual proposal by the political forces

represented in the Covenant aims to

modernize the legal framework for

higher education quality and equity.

What is?

Create Professional Service Teacher: That recognize the formation and achievements of teachers. Good teachers will have the opportunity to advance based on their professional accomplishments.Constitutional Elevates the National Institute for Educational Evaluation and gives it autonomy, to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

This constitutional reform is the first step of the great educational transformation that Mexico needs.
